Our return policy spans 7 days, commencing from the date you receive your item. During this period, you have the option to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the items. If you come across any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately. This will allow us to promptly address the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly notify you about the status of your refund approval. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please bear in mind that the actual posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some additional time.
